Engineered a mission-critical Procurement Management System for BTPN (SMBC Group), designed to handle high-volume financial transactions while strictly adhering to banking compliance and OJK regulations. This enterprise-grade solution automates the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition to payment realization. The system features a complex, dynamic workflow engine capable of handling multi-level approval matrices based on organizational hierarchy and budget limits. We utilized ASP.NET Core and optimized SQL Server stored procedures to ensure sub-second processing times for heavy reporting queries.
