Project Details

We built a bilingual (ID/EN) corporate website and custom CMS for PT International Molding, a rigid plastic packaging manufacturer in KIIC Karawang that produces more than 150 million pieces per year for FMCG brands including Procter & Gamble, Kao Corporation, and Hoyu Indonesia. The site went live in 2026 with 7 public sections, a self-managed product catalogue, and a newsroom the client updates without touching code. The client is a 100+ employee factory running 14 production machines across blow molding, injection molding, and in-house decoration. Their sales team was losing qualified inbound leads because the previous web presence carried no product specifications and no English surface for regional buyers. Aksara Karya Digital delivered the project as a single full-stack engagement covering information architecture, bilingual copy structure, CMS data modelling, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, with one developer owning the entire pipeline from schema to DNS. The stack is Next.js 15 with the App Router in TypeScript, backed by PostgreSQL 16 through Prisma, with every content entity stored as a locale-keyed translation row rather than duplicated tables. This keeps a single product record authoritative while serving /produk for Indonesian and /en/products for English with correct hreflang pairing. Media sits in MinIO behind a dedicated bucket with a scoped read-only policy, served through Cloudflare and consumed by the Next.js image optimizer. The whole application runs in Docker on a Coolify-managed VPS, so hosting stays inside a single small instance instead of a per-seat SaaS CMS licence. The result is a factory site that loads in under 1 second on repeat visits and costs roughly IDR 200,000 per month to run. Cloudflare full proxy mode absorbs above 85% of asset requests at the edge, keeping origin CPU low enough that the same VPS also hosts other client workloads. All 7 sections, 6 product pages, and 4 news posts are indexed with structured metadata, and the client's marketing staff published their first 3 news items without developer involvement within the first week after handover.
