Project Details
Aksara Karya built a fast, local-SEO marketing website for KRW Renovasi (PT Iman Berkah), a renovation and construction contractor serving Karawang, Bekasi, and Cikarang. The site turns a previously offline contractor brand into a structured online presence with 13+ pages, 6 dedicated service pages, and a WhatsApp-first conversion path that routes every visitor toward a single, frictionless consultation. The website serves homeowners and small business owners across 10+ cities in West Java who research contractors online before committing to a renovation worth tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah. As the sole developer on the project, we owned everything from information architecture and copywriting structure to component development, on-page SEO, and deployment. The brand needed to look trustworthy fast, so we surfaced social proof early: 150+ completed projects, 8+ years of experience, 120+ satisfied clients, and a 4.9/5 testimonial rating. We built the site on Next.js with the App Router, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, rendering pages statically for near-instant loads and edge cacheability. Next.js Image handles responsive, lazy-loaded imagery so project photos stay sharp without hurting Core Web Vitals. The most deliberate engineering work went into local SEO: per-page metadata, canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, a clean URL taxonomy (/layanan/* for services, /proyek/* for projects), and LocalBusiness structured data so the contractor surfaces for high-intent Karawang searches. Every service and project lives at its own indexable URL rather than behind a single-page scroll. The result is a contractor website that loads in well under 2 seconds on mobile, targets Lighthouse scores above 95, and exposes 13+ individually indexable pages to search engines instead of one. The WhatsApp-first design collapses the path from landing to conversation into a single tap, and structured trust signals (RAB transparency, a documented 5-step process, real project photos) lower the perceived risk of hiring a contractor sight-unseen.
